December Goals




Happy December! We are finally in the last month of the year, which is both exciting and scary. The new year is approaching, as is my end-of-year existential dread lol. But before that happens, Christmas has to happen! *much internal screaming* My Christmas cheer is through the roof this year. If you know me, you know that giving gifts is one of my favorite things to do. Making people happy is what makes me happy. This year is particularly exciting because it’s the first year I get to celebrate Christmastime with my girlfriend, Ruth. She also loves Christmas so that’s really great.

To start off my month of Christmas decorations, good food and stressful present shopping, I put together a December goals list. Being the (mostly) organized person that I am, I want to start making monthly goal lists to keep me on track and remind me what I need to achieve.

  1. Create posts for Blogmas
  2. Work out 4-5 days a week
  3. Have a great Christmas!!
  4. Read an entire book
  5. Take care of myself

Prepare yourselves. I’m launching this blog with 25 days of Blogmas! I’m going to be honest, I only just decided to participate yesterday, so I am far from prepared. But I have many holiday-based ideas that I plan on whipping up into 25 solid blog posts. Wish me luck, but more importantly stay tuned to see how I do!

Because I push myself to get lots done on a daily and weekly basis, I prefer smaller goals to big ones. These are just a few things I hope to get done this month. They are pretty straight forward; I won’t get into too much detail. I’m hoping to make this a regular feature on the blog, so stop by at the end of December to see if I’ve completed all my goals!
